Jeremy
Founder of Under Armour sponsored gym studio, PFC Studio, Jeremy has been heavily involved in Malaysia's fitness scene for over a decade. Driven by an insatiable desire to cultivate educated fitness, Jeremy genuinely seeks to help trainers keep up with the latest scientifically backed training methods and principles.
Joel
Specialising in strength and conditioning, Joel has been working with athletes for more than half a decade. Formerly a Bukit Jalil junior national rugby player, Joel now develops and coaches athletes from various sporting backgrounds such as former Malaysian Waterski athlete and current national coach, Phillipa Yoong, who has bagged Gold at the Asian Championships as well as 2 Golds and 1 Silver at the SEA Games.
Jayna
PFC Studio's first team member has come a long way in her journey with us as well as with fitness. From a former state basketball player to a Business Finance degree holder, Jayna eventually found her way into the fitness scene where her strength lies in her passion and desire to help people is being utilized to its maximum potential. Before joining PFC Studio, she had little knowledge regarding fitness. She believes that moving well is the key to living well.

I would like to train with a group of friends but we have different goals and fitness levels, can we still train together?
Yes, of course! No matter what the goals and fitness levels of your friends are, we will tailor a programme for each and every member of the group.

While the attention of the trainer will be spread across the number of clients in the group, you and your friends can be sure that training methodology used is the same - each of you will have to go through a series of training phases: stabilization, strength and power.

Again, our training programmes are personalized to respond to each of your needs and issues.

What is the minimum and maximum number of people in one group personal training session at PFC?
We would require a minimum of 2 (partner training) and a maximum of 6 (group training).
How long is each group personal training session?
1 Hour
What can we expect from each group personal training session?
FUN! We try to ensure that each training session is not only fun but you get a good workout. Our definition of a good workout is not pushing to the brim BUT to ensure that the right muscles are engaged, you move efficiently (without compensation, without pain) and you go back looking forward to the next workout session.
